Our technical support cover includes the following:

  • Telephone, email and remote access support (during UK business hours) for any problems encountered when installing or running ServiceLife. This includes answering questions about how to use ServiceLife.

  • A discount on major upgrades of ServiceLife when they are released from time to time.

  • Intermediate upgrades to your current version of ServiceLife (when minor improvements are made or any technical issues are discovered and rectified).

  • We invite opinions and suggested changes you would like to see in future releases of ServiceLife.

Please note customers outside the UK do not pay UK VAT.
